We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions across multiple platforms. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and orders via Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Take orders, update consignment numbers, and manage order tracking on our Shopify store.

Share product details and promotions with customers on WhatsApp.

Use TCS, Leopard, PostEx, and FedEx portals to manage shipments efficiently.

Coordinate Karachi orders via Bykea for timely delivery.

Pitch customers for reviews and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.
Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Shopify store management.

Familiarity with courier and logistics portals (training provided).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries at once.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
