to manage online store operations and customer orders professionally.

📍 Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
🕒 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💼 Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
💰 Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000 / Month
🎯 Experience: Shopify knowledge is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm customer orders on calls and WhatsApp
- Prepare orders for courier shipment
- Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch
- Maintain order records and delivery updates
- Manage Shopify store operations
- Handle customer support and product inquiries
- Ensure all orders are dispatched on time
Requirements
- Female candidate only
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce and online shopping
- Professional attitude and punctuality
- Responsible and organized personality
- Shopify experience is a plus (training provided)
