We are looking for a responsible and confident Female Online Store Handler who will manage our daily online store operations and order processing. The candidate must be professional, organized, and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm customer orders on call and WhatsApp
• Prepare orders for courier shipment
• Coordinate with courier companies for dispatch
• Maintain order records and delivery updates
• Manage online store operations (Shopify)
• Handle basic customer service and product inquiries
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Must have good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of online shopping/eCommerce
• Experience with Shopify is a plus (training will be provided)
• Should be punctual and responsible
